What documents are required for an application?
You’ll need a Social Security card, valid Driver’s License, and proof of income.

How much are the application fee and deposit?
Application fee is $50 per adult and deposit is $400. To run an application, we ask that you submit the app fees and at least $100 of the deposit (which will be promptly returned if you do not qualify). However, receipt of the full deposit will ensure that the apartment is held for you until the application is completed.
